  1. SHAREWARE SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT
  2.  
  3. This Shareware Software Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") is
  4. a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and the creators of
  5. Critical Hit (hereafter referred to as Psychic Software).  By
  6. continuing the installation of this game program, by loading or
  7. running the game, or by placing or copying the game program onto
  8. your computer's hard drive, you are agreeing to be bound by the
  9. terms of this Agreement.

  11. SHAREWARE SOFTWARE LICENCE
  12.  
  13. 1. Grant of Licence.  Psychic Software grants to you the right to
  14. use Critical Hit (the "Software"), shareware version only, for an
  15. unlimited period of time. You may not: modify, translate, disassemble,
  16. or create derivative works based upon the Software.  You agree that you 
  17. will not utilize, in any manner, the Software in violation of any
  18. applicable law.

  20. 2. Copyright.  The Software is owned by Psychic Software and is 
  21. protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You 
  22. must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except 
  23. that you may make copies of the Software to give to other persons AS 
  24. LONG AS YOU INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL SUPPORT FILES THAT CAME WITH IT. The
  25. ShareWare version of the Software may be freely distributed. This
  26. includes distribution on CD-ROM, FTP sites and Bulletin Boards. The
  27. Registered versions of the Software may NOT be distributed under any
  28. circumstances, nor on any medium, without the prior written consent
  29. of Sam Redfern.

  31. 3. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS".  NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
  32. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE AS TO IT OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE ON.
  33. WE WILL PROVIDE NO REMEDY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE
  34. OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ITS USE OR MISUSE, INCLUDING
  35. FROM NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONTRACT,
  36. EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  39. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, YOU UNDERSTAND 
  40. THIS AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION OF 
  41. THE SOFTWARE, BY LOADING OR RUNNING THE SOFTWARE, OR BY PLACING OR 
  42. COPYING THE SOFTWARE ONTO YOUR COMPUTER'S HARD DRIVE, YOU AGREE TO BE 
  43. BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
